Mr. Foltyn is a senior partner with the Detroit firm of Honigman, Miller, Schwartz & Cohn, PLC and serves on the firm's executive committee. He specializes in business and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.

Randall Kaplan
Mr. Kaplan is the founder and president of JUMP Investors. Based in Los Angeles, California, JUMP is an active investor network that invests in early- to late-stage Internet and technology companies. Prior to founding JUMP Investors, Mr. Kaplan co-founded Akamai Technologies, the foremost provider of distributed content, streaming media and applications delivery service.

Ray Ketchledge
Mr. Ketchledge is the former president of Sandy Corporation, where he led a management team that achieved a major business turnaround doubling sales and increasing shareholder value by 400 percent. Prior to joining Sandy, Mr. Ketchledge was founding president and COO of Austin Rover Cars of North America (ARCONA), the independently owned U.S. importer of Sterling automobiles.

Hannan Lis
Mr. Lis is the chief operating officer and director of Weight Watchers Group in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all company operations, the supervision of key corporate and field executives, as well as strategic planning. Prior to joining Weight Watchers, Mr. Lis was co-founder, president and CEO of Amrael Building Corporation, a commercial construction firm.

Kenneth Nisch
Mr. Nisch is the president and chairman of JGA and the vice chairman of Cato Consulting. His knowledge and entrepreneurial insight into consumer markets are integrated into prototype development, conceptual development, architectural direction, and strategic image positioning for retail operators, manufacturers, and brand marketers.

Richard O'Connor
Mr. O'Connor is the former chairman and CEO of Campbell-Ewald Advertising, one of the world's largest and most prominent advertising agencies. He is a member of the Alumni Association of The University of Michigan and serves on the Board of Trustees of Northwood University, from which he received his Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa, as well as the Northwood University Outstanding Business Leaders Award.

Jeff Shell
Mr. Shell is the president and CEO of Fox Cable Networks Group (FCNG), which oversees the more than 20 major domestic cable and satellite networks in which parent, Fox Entertainment Group and News Corporation, holds interest. Mr. Shell oversees FX, Fox Family Channel (in partnership with Saban), the 21 regional networks of Fox Sports Net (in partnership with Rainbow Media), the Fox Movie Channel, Fox Sports World, and Fox Sportsworld Espanol, WebMD Television and the National Geographic Channel.

Paul Tobias
Mr. Tobias is the chairman and CEO of Mackinac Partners LLC. He has a 25-year career in asset management, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, and commercial banking. Prior to Mackinac Partners, he served as CEO of Munder Capital Management, where he restored growth and led the company to record revenues, profitability, and valuation.
