COREY PERLMAN
Vice President, Client Services
Corey Perlman, a transplanted Floridian, may start his day with the inspirational sounds of Andrea Bocelli, but his true inspiration comes from his entrepreneurial spirit and his drive to guide Asset Learning in its mission to help people make "Change Real" both personally and professionally. And Corey has the experience to do it. After graduating from Florida State with a master's degree in business communications, Corey was hired by General Motors' e-commerce division to perform the E-Boot Camp: a 32-city tour to train GM dealers on e-commerce strategies and concepts. His passion for start-ups led him to leave the comforts of GM for the excitement of building Asset Learning from the ground up. Corey says his favorite place to be (other than at Asset Learning, of course!) is the sunset celebration at Mallory Square in Key West, Fla. "When the sun goes down and the crowd cheers ... it's pure beauty," he says. Corey experienced climatic shock during his first winter in Michigan when he neglected to bring a coat or comforter, but says that he has since adjusted. When not working, Corey likes to bike, run or play tennis. He's a diehard fan of the FSU Seminoles, Miami Dolphins and newly crowned World Champion Detroit Pistons. Voted most outgoing in high school, Corey uses his love of people and his passion for improvement to help Asset Learning's clients meet their goals. One of his favorite quotes is from Dale Carnegie: "All life is a chance. The man who goes the farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare." Corey dares...and does.Education:
